Gubbels Plantiva is a young and ambitious family business with more than 50 years of experience in the production of young vegetable plants. From our location in Maasbree, we supply high-quality plants daily to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. From seed to plant, we manage the entire process in-house.

Within our company, we work with a small, enthusiastic team where collaboration is key. Thanks to short lines of communication, modern techniques, and a practical approach, we can switch gears quickly and provide our customers with optimal service. To further support our growth, we are looking for a Machine Operator.

what will you doas a machine operator?

As a machine operator, you play an important role in our production process. You work with various machines used in the cultivation and processing of our young plants.

You set up and operate the machines and keep a close eye on the process. Additionally, you ensure that everything runs neatly and efficiently. Because you can be deployed across multiple departments and machines, the work remains varied and challenging.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our products are dispatched according to schedule and with the right quality.
